KHF Pokemon Go-Workout

THE KHF POKEMON GO-WORKOUT 

Round 1: 
Catch one pokemon then run for at least 20 - 30 seconds, then start Circuit 1 

Circuit 1:
20 Push-ups
20 Squats
20 Mtn. Climbers
Rest and repeat this for a total of three circuits

Round 2: 
Catch one pokemon then run for at least 20 - 30 seconds then perform Circuit 2. 

Circuit 2:
20 Bear Crawls
20 Walking Lunges
20 Forearm Plank Spider crunches

Round 3: 
Catch one Pokemon then run at least 20 - 30 seconds then perform
Circuit 3 

Circuit 3:
20 Crab Walks
10 Burpees
20 Alternating Side Plank Crunches

Honor code that you complete all exercise reps and above all else have fun and catch them all!
