Meet Austin.

Austin started her Kyle House Fitness journey with us in November of 2017 along with her husband Ryan. She has since then become a staple in the KHF community. Her energy is so bright and cheerful, you definitely can feel the kind hearted spirit when you are around her. We definitely appreciate all of her hard work and energy that she brings to the KHF community :)

We were able to sit down with Austin for a quick chat and we got to learn a little more about this HIIPfit Hero. Here are some of the questions we asked Austin. Let’s see what she had to say:

What is your favorite thing about working out at KHF?

“Do I have to pick one?! I must say, my favorite thing about KHF are the people. The Kyles, the instructors, the front desk, everyone is SO kind and have always made me feel so welcomed from day 1. You don’t find that in many fitness studios. It feels like a little family when you are there.”

What is your favorite part of the HIIPfit high intensity interval class?

“I love the combination of cardio with weight training. It was something that I had always been looking for before I found my home at KHF.”

What has been your biggest fitness success?

“My first 30 day challenge last January was amazing. I felt so strong and good and saw amazing results at the end. I can’t wait to do another one once baby is here :)”

What is your favorite exercise or movement in HIIPfit?

“I love everything lower body!! I’d probably go with just plain old weighted squats with a press.”

What would you tell someone thinking of diving into the KHF fitness experience?

“Because KHF is such a wonderful place to get started. From the beginning, you will feel welcomed. You will learn quickly that format that is used, works! You will be challenged every day but you’ll want to keep coming back for more. It will slowly start to feel like your second home. ”

What are your future fitness goals at KHF?

“Currently, I’m hoping to get back into my pre-baby shape in a few months, after little man arrives. I’m looking forward to the challenge as I know it won’t be easy and will take patience and time. But I also know KHF will get me there when that time comes.”

How are you going to continue your new and improved lifestyle?

“For now, I’m going to do my best to maintain 5 classes a week as I get further along in my pregnancy while also trying to maintain a healthy, balanced diet.”


Austin, thank you so much for sharing your journey with everyone. We have had such a great time getting to know you more over the years and we truly appreciate all of the energy you bring to the HIIPfit room and to the KHF community as a whole. You are proof that a fitness lifestyle is totally doable as a mommy and even with a little dude along the way. We can’t wait to meet him! Keep up the great work Austin.
