We are giving away cash and prizes for just working out! And, you'll crush some fitness goals in the process. 

Over a 40-day period, KHF workout partners can participate in the Summer Sweat Games to see who can EARN THE MOST BURN by completing the most workouts. No meal plans, no measuring, just hard work.

DO I NEED TO SIGN UP FOR THE CHALLENGE?

Yes, all challenge participants need to sign up and pay the $10 entry fee.

WHO CAN PARTICIPATE?

Anyone can participate, all you need to do is sign up. This challenge includes classes and personal training for clients.

DOES IT COST ANYTHING TO SIGN UP?

$10 For anyone wanting to participate.

CAN I UPGRADE TO UNLIMITED FOR THE DURATION OF THE CHALLENGE?

Yes, you can pay your normal monthly membership and then pay the upgrade price for the Premier membership as a separate payment to give you unlimited classes during the duration of the challenge. This upgrade will give you 40 days of unlimited classes. Here are the upgrade options depending on your membership:

  • Starter Membership: $126.50 

  • Standard Membership: $132.50 

  • No Membership: $187.50 

CAN I WORK OUT REMOTELY?

Yes, but only if it is a virtual session with a personal trainer would count as 1 point.

HOW DO I PARTICIPATE?

Each workout (class or personal training session) = 1 point. 

  • Participants will place their names on the SSG 2022 Scoreboard located in the lobby of KHF. (Participants can complete up to 3 workouts per day: class or personal training session) 

    • One workout = Slash (1 point) 

    • Two Workouts = Strike (2 points) 

    • Three Workouts = Black Out (3 points) 

WHAT CAN I WIN FOR PARTICIPATING

POINT SYSTEM

  • 5 points = For every 5 points collected the participant will receive 1 entry into the raffle.

  • 10 points = 1 Free FIT3D Scan

  • 20 points = Official Summer Sweat Games Shirt

For the raffle prizes, we are partnering with a ton of our local business friends in Chattanooga.

TOP MALE AND FEMALE PARTICIPANTS

  • Male & Female with the most points:

    • $100 cash prize each

    • KHF Trucker Hat

  • Male & Female with the second most points:

    • $50 cash prize each
