KHF Member Completes Over 400 Classes
Since starting at KHF Kathleen has been working hard to reach her fitness goals taking multiple classes per week and sticking to healthier options at work. She has even been known to put in some two-a-days (two workouts in one day) with her busy work schedule. This dedication helped her get to 400 in no time at all.
Kathleen sat down with us for a quick chat and we got to learn a little more about this HIIPfit Hero.
What is your favorite thing about KHF?
My favorite things about KHF are the amazing people and the incredible trainers. There is a lot of hard work that goes on at KHF, and I still walk away everyday feeling encouraged, more positive than when I came in, and like I can do anything! It is all about the people!
What is your favorite part of the HIIPfit high intensity interval class?
The Cool Down… Seriously though, I love the arrival, walking in the door, seeing bright smiling faces, and knowing that I have an hour ahead of me to challenge myself and to make myself better.
What has been your biggest fitness success?
I’ve quit eating two candy bars a day.
What is your favorite movement in HIIPfit?
The RDL’s on Lower Body Day.
What are your future fitness goals at KHF?
Kathleen says she is going to monitor her sugar intake, continue to make at least four HIIPfit classes per week, and work on her balance.
Kathleen is an amazing person, brings it all to the classroom and we are so glad to be a part of her fitness journey and this monumental fitness milestone.
